DIET AFFECTS OUR CIRCULATORY SYSTEM

Posted on 01:55 by Unknown

Our diet and lifestyle affects our circulatory system and causes many diseases such as heart attack, blood pressure, diabetes , asthma etc.

Heart attack ((Myocardial infarction)

The heart is made up of muscle cells . These cells just like other cells in the body must receive oxygen and food through the circulatory system. The blood vessels which supply oxygen  and food to the heart are called coronary arteries.

A hard substance called plaque can build up in the walls of coronary arteries. This plaque is made of fat and other cells. The coronary arteries may become narrow due to plaque. Sometimes a blood clot forms on the plaque and blocks coronary arteries. Due to this, the blood cannot reach a part of the heart. This part of the heart  begins to die due to lack of oxygen and food. The death of a  part of the heart is called a heart attack myocardial infarction. If too much heart  muscle dies, the heart is unable to pump the blood and the person could die. Heart attack symptoms may include chest pain, shortness of breath, heavy sweating etc., which is a medical emergency. Call 1122 or another ambulance.

TIPS TO AVOID HEART ATTACK

  • Take foods high in fiber and low in fat.

  • Take regular exercise to increase blood circulation throughout your body.

  • Don't smoke. Smoking can increase your blood pressure.

High blood pressure ( hypertension)

High blood pressure is a disorder of the circulatory system. Blood pressure is the amount of force exerted by blood against the walls of the arteries. If the blood pressure of a person remains above the normal value (120/80) , the condition is called high blood pressure or hypertension.

The increased blood pressure can damage blood vessels and the result may be the failure of

Kidneys and heart. People  with high blood pressure may have the symptoms  such as  headache, fatigue , blurred vision, nosebleeds etc. Foods high in fat, high salt intake, smoking, obesity, diabetes, lack of exercise etc. Raise the risk of high blood pressure.

Smoking can cause heart disease. It has been found that a person who smokes is more likely to have heart problems than someone who does not smoke. A chemical in tobacco smoke causes blood vessels to become narrower. The blood pressure of a smoker may increase. The heart works harder to pump blood through these narrow vessels. Heart patients are also asked not to smoke. whycigrates should not be advertised?

Diabetes:

Diabetes is a disease in which a person has high blood sugar, because his/her body does not produce enough insulin. Insulin is the chemical that is produced in our pancreas insulin helps to decrease blood sugar. Without insulin a person develops diabetes.

Loss of weight, frequent urination, excessive thirst and hunger etc. Are some of the symptoms of diabetes. If the patient does not control the level of blood sugar he/she may be the risk of loss of eyesight and hearing, heart attack, gum disease , kidney disorder etc.

A person can control his/her blood sugar level by taking medicines, eating a proper diet and taking exercise.

Carbohydrates have a big impact on our blood sugar level. Extra fats are not good we need to take these foods carefully, some vegetables and fruits are useful for a diabetic patient.

Asthma:

Asthma is an allergic the c uses the airways of the lungs to swell and narrow. A person with asthma may wheeze ( a whistling sound when he or she breathes). Cough and feel tightness in the chest.

The things that can cause asthma are called allergies. Dust mites, pollen grains and smoke foods may cause asthma are called allergies. Dust mites, pollen grains and some foods may cause asthma.

Symptoms of an asthma attack may be cough, shortness of breath, wheezing, extreme difficulty in breathing, chest pain, sweating and increased pulse rate. A severe asthma attack may lead to death.

It is not easy to cure asthma, but one can be normal and act even with asthma.

  • Try to avoid the allergens of asthma.

  • Use plenty of water, it will give you relief.

  • On the advice of a doctor, use the medicine or inhaler.

TRANSPLANTATION

Sometimes an organ in the body of a person may stop it working because of a disease or injury. In the past, the failure of a major organ resulted in the death of the patient. But , now scientist has found the solution of this problem.

An organ , transplant replaces a failing organ with the healthy organ. A doctor removes an organ from the healthy person and places it in the patient's body. The patient again lives a normal life after transplantation.

Not all organs can be transplanted.organs mostoftely transplanted area:

The kidney because of diabetes or other kidney problems.

The liver because of serious liver disorders.

The heart because of heart failure.

The pancreas because of diabetes.

The lung because of serious  respiratory disorders.

People who have an organ transplant must take medicines regularly the rest of their lives to stay healthy.

Sometimes artificial organs are also used to restore a function in the body of a person. An artificial organ is a man-made device that replaces a missing natural organ. Artificial legs , arms, bones, arteries, eyes, teeth and ears are common to transplant now a days. The scientist who design and build artificial body parts are called biomedical engineers.

How to be saved from mobile snoopwares?

Posted on 10:33 by Unknown

HI! This post will unveil several ways that can spoil you for a short time, maybe for a long time too by snooping your mobile phone. I know some people, their mobile phone hacked and they found spyware on the cell phone designed to watch their every move. You like that ? I'm sure not. This is the worst thing ever. People with little knowledge of computer or cell phone are in extreme danger.

The hacker can turn their mobile phone on and off. A hacker took their pictures by turning their mobile camera on and use speaker phone as a bug. I have seen many issues like this its scary !

I once hacked my uncle's mobile phone and saw there sms and call log :P. But it only works if Bluetooth is on.

Mobile carrier networks are properly inserted and aren't likely to be hacked, but they have been cracked.mostly hacker entered into the system through wifi. It is completely vulnerable. As I know there are a few ways a cell phone can be hacked.

GPRS cracks :

Phones 3G connection sometimes  changed to GPRS (general packet radio service ) by default if 3G service is not available. This GPRS connection is hacker created. So be aware of this.

BLUETOOTH recorders:

If you connect/pair your phone with headset, the sound comes through earphone....just as does a Bluetooth recorder sold via spy shops. so in this way hacker can get direct acces through your phone device.

SPYWARE device in hand:

The tools or softwares, the hacker used can monitor your calls and texts. This illegal work become legal when you allow to do that. You wonder why you would allow to destroy yourself?

Here is the answer, hackers use spyware to monitor your data by installing on your phone. Suppose you like a game and you want to download it, or you saw some hot video so click on that file and your mobile device pop up some message would allow this, you accidentally press yes. That's it all done it enter in your phone.

SPYWARE remote installs:

Most of the spyware doesn't require any permission to access to the device.... When a user click an infected link or the device is one unsecured wireless connection.

WAYS YOU CAN PROTECT YOURSELF FROM CELL PHONE EAVESDROPPING:

  • Use cracking encryption>>you shouldn't be worried if you are not a high end executive or a govemrnt agent. If you are they surely provide you advanced encryption in the software a hardware.

  • Bluetooth>> keeps your Bluetooth device off when not in use. Require a password to access your device via Bluetooth.

  • Spyware>> keep your cell phones antivirus installed and updated. And you should know what learn you are going to click. Install a proper spyware in your PC as well. Sees how spyware works and destroy your PC and how to protect your PC from it.

  • Delete your internet history. i recommend disable internet history saving option. clear your cache. don't every save your passwords and usernames in your browser. this can be stay away from you. Your personal bank accounts etc important information can be easily hacked.

SEE WHAT FACTORS AFFECTING THE QUALITY OF WATER

Posted on 02:57 by Unknown

FACTORS AFFECTING THE QUALITY OF WATER

The terms dissolved oxygen, biochemical oxygen demand and chemical oxygen demand are frequently used in my, ensuring the quality of water. These terms are desxcu=ribed as follows

Dissolved oxygen (DO)

In water the most important oxidizing agent is dissolved molecular oxygen O2 the concentration of which ranges from 4--8 ppm. The organ matter is oxidized with the help of this dissolved oxygen in water. It is a parameter to determine the quality of water. The dissolved oxygen value less than 4ppm indicates that water is polluted.

Biochemical oxygen demand (BOD)

It is the capacity of organic matter in natural water to consume oxygen within a period of five days. The value of BOD is the amount of oxygen consumed as a result of biological oxidation of dissolved organic m, matter in the sample. The oxidation reaction is catalyzed by microorganism, which are already present in the natural water it is measured experimentally by calculating the conservation of oxygen, at the beginning and at the end of the five day period in which salt water sample is maintained in the dark at constant temperature either at 20 C or 25 C.

Chemical oxygen demand (COD)

THE ORGANIC CONTENT OF WATER WHICH CONTAIN CO0NSUMES OXYGEN DURING CHEMICAL OXIDATION IS EVALUATED BY ITS CHEMICAL OXYGEN DEMND. THE OXYGEN DEMAND OF WATER CAN BE DETERMINED DIRECTLY BY TRAETING IT WITH DICHROMATE ICONs Vr2O7 WHICH IS A POWERFUL OXIDIZING AGENT.

THE ORGANIC MATTER IN WATRE IS OXIDIZED, WHILE THE REMAINING DICHROMATE IS DETERMINEDTIETERMETRICALLY.

VALUR COD IS A DIRECT MEASURE OF CHEMICALLY OXIDIZABLE MATTER IN WATER. HIGHER VALUE OF COD WILL INDICATE MORE POLLUTION.

SEE WHAT OUR ATMOSPHERE COMPOSED OF

Posted on 00:04 by Unknown

ATMOSPHERE

The atmosphere is surrounding our earth from all sides in the form of a cover. Due to the gravitational force of earth , atmosphere is attached to earth from all sides. The life on our planet earth is due to this atmosphere. The atmosphere is composed of three basic elements.

  • Regular gases

  • Variable gases

  • Pollutants

These are mostly found in the lower part of the atmosphere.

NITROGEN AND OXYGEN

Atmosphere is a combination of many gases. These gases are directly or indirectly necessary for the survival of atmosphere. About 99% of the atmosphere consists of only two gases i.e. Nitrogen and oxygen and the amount of other gases are only 1% atmosphere is made of about 78% of nitrogen and 21% of oxygen.

Importance of nitrogen

The fertility of soil depends on nitrogen. This gas is necessary for the growth of plants. It also helps in controlling fire.

Importance of oxygen

Oxygen is necessary for life. When we breathe, we absorb oxygen in our body. This gas interacts chemically with other elements immediately. It is absorbed into our blood. It gives us energy by burning our food. The survival of life is impossible without this gas. Oxygen helps in burning all kinds of energy resources e.g. Coal, oil, natural gas etc.

VARIABLE GASES

No one can deny health e importance of variable gases in the atmosphere. Variable gases include carbon dioxide, water vapor and ozone. Carbon dioxide is heavier than other gases. The quantity of carbon dioxide has increased about 25% in the last two hundred years. The burning of energy sources e.g. Coal , oil , natural gases etc. Produces smoke which increases the quantity of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. similarly the atmospheric temperature is also rising which is harmful for the survival of life. It affects global climate. The other variable gas is ozone (O3). In the atmosphere , ozone is found about 17 to 50 kilometers above the earth's surface.

Importance of carbon dioxide

carbondioxise is necessary for life. This gas interacts with other gases and make carbohydrates. These carbohydrates  are necessary for the life of plants and animals. Carbon dioxide absorbs heat and moderates the temperature.

Importance of ozone

Ozone stops the ultraviolet rays coming from the sun to reach earth. If ozone is not present in the atmosphere, the high energy ultraviolet rays will become a danger for the life on earth. Such high energy rays can cause skin cancer and eye disease. Ozone filters these ultraviolet rays before sending other rays to earth.

POLLUTION

Air contains pollution. Minute particles are suspended in air. The smoke from factories and vehicles contains a huge amount of carbon monoxide, sulfur and carbon dioxide etc. During burning the smoke particles enter into the air in the form of pollution.\polution is affecting the atmosphere of industrial cities. This is dangerous for public health. It causes diseases of the throat and breathing. Pollution also contains gases which rise up in the atmosphere and finish the ozone gas. In this way the amount of ozone is decreasing. The dust particle also flies from the earth's surface and enter the air. Their quantity is not uniform. Their quantity is greater in deserts as compared to humid areas. Their quantity is also large in urban an rural area.

WATER VAPOURS

Water cvapour are present in the atmosphere in the form of gas. Among the variable gases, water vapor is a very important part of the atmosphere. Water vapors not only absorb heat but also help in transferring heat from the one place to another. If vapors are not present in the atmosphere, there will be no cloud and rain.

The system of life depends on water vapor. Earth absorbed heat from the sun. Due to this heat. The water of oceans and other water bodies changes into vapor by vaporization. The water vapor adds to air. Their quantity in the atmosphere depends on temperature. If the temperature is higher the quantity of water vapor will also be high on atmosphere, due to the presence in atmosphefr the intensity of heat and cold remains moderate.
