FOOD YOU SHOULD EAT

In this post. I'm going to show some foods that you can take without a doubt. If you have multiple food allergies and fatigue syndrome you have to try this. Sometime we are not allowed to take some kind of foods , and take only recommended foods. This is very tiresome, sometimes we can't think about the foods we should take. But here is the list of all foods with their benefits mentioned. If you don't take healthy food , your energy level starts decreasing and you found cooking tiresome and make the allergy free recipe rarely. Sometimes this make you'd expert.




  • Kale.


Kale is a powerhouse of nutrition, it is full of vitamins and fiber.


  • Flax seed.


Fiber amount is greater in flaxseed and rich in omega 3 fatty acids which helps fight against inflammation.


  • Coconut milk


Coconut are very beneficial. They are antiviral , antifungal , antibacterial , and anti parasitic. The meaning of these long words is... They can kill germs , viruses bacteria , fungi and parasites.


  • Hemp seed


This contains all 21 amino acid, including the 9 essential amino acids (EAAS). These amino acids are those that our body cannot produce and we have to take ourself. It also contains the perfect ration of omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids.


  • chia seed.


So you think the milk  has an incomparable amount of calcium. Now have a look at this. These seeds has 5 times more calcium than milk. Not just calcium these also contain magnesium, boron , essential trace minerals used in the absorption of calcium and other important vitamins.


  • Quinoa


 This is also very nutritious seed that is considered a complete protein because it contains all the important amino acids too.


  • Cacao.


It is full of antioxidants and flavonoids, which nourish the two opposite things, brain and heart.


  • Sweet potato


 This contains high amount of vitamin B6 and vitamin C.


  •  Almond milk


i know it is unsweetened but it is very helpful, it contains no cholesterol and is blood sugar friendly.


  • Cilantro


One of the most fragrant herbs, you can grow in your house too. It is also a great source of vitamin K and is an excel; ent detoxifier.
