CHEAP HOMEMADE LAPTOP COOLER AND ITS WORKING

Posted on 06:04 by Unknown

A laptop cooler is an accessory for laptop computers that helps reduce the temperature of the laptop. It is often called cooler pad or chill mat. Our laptop temperature got high while operating but sometimes it become unbearable. Laptop coolers are designed to protect both the laptop overheating and the user suffering from its unbearable heat. it is related to active or passive cooling methods. It is placed beneath the laptop because the major part of the heat comes from it. In active method, direct air flow is used to remove the light. In passive some material is used to increase its conductivity and remove heat ( absorb ) from laptop to the atmosphere. It relies on thermal conductivity.

Active coolers:

As I said above that in this we use power ( Fans ) to remove heat and I think it's an efficient and affordable way to keep your laptop cool. Manu coolers support USB cable to get power for fans. But if you need more fans, which required more power so then you have to use an adapter .Many cooling pads have USB ports too, so that you don't have to use laptops limited USB ports.

Passive coolers:These required not any sort of power. It uses fluid it could be any type liquid or air flow. These are fitted with an organic salts compund that absorb the heat and throw it to atmosphere. But these are good for a limited time ( 6--8 ) hours of cooling.

One thing you should keep in mind that pads fan vents should not be in the bottom. it blocks the air and decrease ventilation which cause overheating and cause serious damage. it should be side of the pads

MAKING OF CHEAP COOLING PADS:

Here are few steps through which you can make a laptop cooler or supporter in your home.

Things required:
