In his post I’m going to tell about some amazing techniques through which you can cure mouth ulcer easily. The one who suffers from it, knows how painful it is. These are natural tips I’m going to show you.
Be aware of ulcer first:
It is an open sore that appears in the soft tissues of the mouth. There are several reasons of appearing ulcer in the mouth. Such as:
- · Due to infectious disease i.e thrush or herpes.
- · Poor oral hygiene
- · Accidental biting of the lip
- · Constant rubbing
- · Sharp misaligned teeth or braces
So there is no specific reason of appearing it. Another type of ulcer which is known as opiates also occurs due to mineral deficiency or vitamin.
Common cause of mouth ulcer:
- · Nutritional deficiency such as iron, vitamin b2 and c
- · Poor dental hygiene
- · Food allergies stress
- · Infections particularly herpes simplex
- · Biting the cheek
- · Hormonal imbalance
- · Skin disease
HOME REMEDIES FOR MOUTH ULCER:
- · Coconut oil is fast and a great remedy for ulcer. Simple rub oil on the infected area. This procedure you have to repeat twice a day. After some time you will see a massive difference
- · Keep hot water glass and cold water water glass in your hand and gargle your mouth with alternative with both types of water/
- · Take 2 glasses of water and boil it. After it add a cup of fenugreek leaves and remove. Cover it for some time strain the water and gargle 2-3 times.
- · Chew 5-6 holy basil leaves ( Toulouse) and sip some water repeat 5-6 times a day.
- · Eating raw tomatoes help rid mouth ulcers. You can also use tomato juice 3-4 timesaday for gargle.
- · Here some delicious remedy. you have to mix sugar candy (mishri) which is 7 parts with 1 part of camphor. Apply on the blister.
- · Mix a pinch of turmeric.... powder to ...1tsp of glycerine ...and apply on ..the ulcer.
- · You can also gargle with honey water ( 1tsp of honey in water).
- · Apply tobacco directly on infected area can also relieve.
